Whoever was driving their van on Saturday 10/15/16 was behind me all the way down Latham/Old River Rd from 173. A older man with blonde or gray hair and glasses, tailgating me while stuffing his fat face with a donut. When I turned south onto Rockton Ave he almost rear ended me and then flipped me off out the window. Very unprofessional company!!
