We were told by Keith Allie that they couldn’t wait to get started on our case so we paid them $1300 to get started on our case and after paying them we were told that we had no case then after six months we were told that we owe about $560 more and that they would appreciate if we paid it before May third!! Avoid at all costs for Landlord/Tenant law, they are disinterested in representing you and just want to cash checks to have a parallegal sit there. Expect to represent yourself if you use this crew. My mom used this firm and they pretty much took advantage of her limited english and chose not to represent her interests as a landlord.
