Absolutely fabulous service. I had a difficult RV tow that included junk wrapped between the double rear tires. In a tight space. Little room for truck. Wayne handled it smoothly, professionally, and with humor. Definitely three gold stars.
Wish I could give this place 0 stars... They had my car for 3 months last summer after I had smashed my front end. They tried giving it back to me several times with the "new" front end parts not even close to being lined up and also a paint job that had an orange peel texture. Now a few months later their paint job is peeling off and they're refusing to fix/re-paint it and want me to call in a claim through my insurance company! HORRIBLE COMPANY! VERY dishonest and unethical!
Worst customer service in the area, office staff incredibly rude. Dishonest, unethical, and not willing to fix their mistakes. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to waste time and money along with paying to repair the things they break while working on your vehicle.
