I've used these guys for years and was always happy with them but my recent visits with them were terrible. Every time I bring my car in there they don't fix it and they charge me about twice what it would cost to get it fixed. Never again
Just waited an hour and a half for someone to show up...called and a gentlemen told me they were 25 minutes out. Called 30 minutes later and was told I never called, they had nothing to do with my call and that they were not towing for the night. I wasted my night for this company to bail. Super unprofessional and unreliable.
Needed a tow today for my sons car.. Russ was first class the whole way got his car safely to the mechanic but more importantly his customer service was spot on.. Great addition to the crew
