Warning. Make sure you ask G J Towing to disclose all their fees for all the services before you hire them. I was told it would cost $125 to pick up a car in a nearby area and hold the car overnight for an auction house to pick up the next day, which i paid up front. The next day, they wanted an additional $160 to release the car!!! 35 a calendar day to store it and a $90 GATE FEE. All total: $285. DO NOT EVER use this company. The person I talked with was the nastiest lady I had ever spoken with. When I asked about what paper work I needed to bring to pick up my car she screamed at me, and told me she had no time to talk, that she was too busy to answer any questions. She hung up on me when I asked her for the address so I could pick up my car that they had towed. So nasty and rude and yelling and hanging up on me and wouldn't even give me the address or what hours they were open in order for me to pick up my car.

Abandon humanity all ye who enter here... – During snow emergencies, most tow companies quickly and competently perform the necessary task of making streets safer and keeping roads clear. I understand and appreciate their purpose. I'm also aware that giving a negative review will accomplish nothing. Best Service I ever Had! – I broke down with a flat tire on Rte 107 in Chelsea, MA on 15 May 2007 @ 330am on my way to an early morning commitment in Hartford, CT. I flagged down a passing tow truck, GJ Towing driver named Justin. He told me he was returning from another call and he saw me broke down a few minutes before while delivering that car. Worst possible service, Very very very Rude and inefficient. – the person who was sent to tow our car was first of all 2 hours late, was waiting about a quarter mile away from the pickup location and Finally when i found him, he was extremely rude. My car had sludge issues, and because of that the engine would not start, i communicated this problem to him and clearly told him that the engine will not start, i also told him not to try to start the car, since that could result in more damage to the valves.
