This company needs customer service coaching – Wow...just had my first experience with a property management company while looking for a new place. I do not recommend this team to anyone. Very rude relations...extremely condescending. I did not get the feeling that these people enjoyed their job positions and coming from someone that works in customer service, this staff needs to re-evaluate themselves.
