Our old high efficiency water heater that supplied hot water for our hydronic home heating and hot water failed in November. Other heating contractors refused to even respond or asked us to wait a month. G&G responded in a day and made several attempts to repair our old hot water system and when the manufacturers recommended repairs failed to work they designed and installed a replacement high efficiency boiler. They were responsive in a time of need. Having no heat in November is no fun. Their staff is very competent.
Dylan is a true professional and extremely good at his job. We are very very happy with the work that Dylan and his crew did.
We bought are system 2 years ago from G&G. There install team was great to deal with. Now we called to have unit service. Kegan was our technician and was wonderful. He took his time was very though explaining everything to us. Our system is great and will definitely be calling to service it next year.
I had my annual furnace maintenance inspection done by Hayley and electrical maintenance inspection done by Casey and they were great! They were both very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and pleasant. They explained what they were doing and answered my questions patiently. Hayley took photos of the furnace and included them in the inspection report, which none of the other techs from the past several years ever did.
