I brought my 2022 GLC300 in for scheduled maintenance. We disagreed about what was really needed, and I had an honest conversation with a service advisor who actually LISTENED to me, and explained why he felt a particular additional service was advisable. And, as always, the staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend G&G as the best alternative to dealer or retail chain auto service for your Mercedes.

I have been going to G&G for over ten years as they have kept my 1988 560 SL running smooth over the years. with over 259,000 miles on the engine. Always upfront about what's needed and what's not. A great crew and owner

I own a '84 380 SL. It only has 18,000 miles on it and consider it priceless. After exhausting research I found the reviews on G&G Autohaus. They did not disappoint. Not many businesses get a 4.8 out 5 stars. They were everything I had hoped for and more. There isn't another Mercedes Benz repair service in town that approaches the quality and expertise that G&G Autohaus provides. The pricing is below what a dealership would charge and the workmanship was outstanding. I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my car.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO G & G AUTOHAUS FOR A FEW YEARS NOW. IT'S REALLY EXPENSIVE, BUT YOU PAY FOR GOOD AND RELIABLE SERVICE. ART IS THE SHOP MANAGER AND HE IS THE BEST! EASY TO TALK TO, AND EXPLAINS SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND. FERNANDO IS SUCH A AWESIME PERSON. HE ALWAYS MAKES YOU FEEL WELCOMED. GREAT SPIRIT. I just moved to Vegas. Its really hard to find a reliable, honest car repair shop. Luckily, my friend who also own a MB recommended me to G & G Autohaus. Not long after, I brought my car in for check up due to the clunky sound when I turned on the AC. The shop owner/partner attended to me right away. He was very courteous and calm. I just had my newly purchased 2009 MB SL Class, serviced at G&G. Art, Nora and Fernando provided excellent customer in preparation for the repair work to be completed. The key person however was Kevin, who I later learned was the owner. He personally reviewed my concerns and asked for my approval, before completing any work.
