Right from the get go, they were very polite and professional. Dahlia was very helpful and set me up with an appointment right away the next day. Gibran knew his stuff and right away he told me what the problem with my dryer was, and he fixed it in a timely manner, for a reasonable price. I am very happy with their service. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for an appliance or if they are looking for a repair.

The man (Able) that delivered the fridge was so very nice and friendly as was the girl in the office. I know that should I need to use the 3 month warranty, they will honor it. I trust that I got a good fridge and I would go back and refer others as well.

Gibran was direct, informative, and polite during my $80 diagnostic appointment. Conclusion, I need a new washer after having my brand new bought GE for only 4 years. Unfortunately, they tried to sell me an old whirlpool that looked like it was from the early 2000's for $500. If you need a washer, always buy new people!

I arrived at G & G Appliances ready to purchase a washer and dryer. I was told no, not because they refused my business but that they could repair my 20 year old Kenmore washer and dryer. They don't make them like they used to was pretty much what Gibran was getting at and he won me over. He showed up at my residence and within a couple hours, with his knowledge and expertise, was able to repair both of them. If you have an analog washer and/or dryer that has seen better days G & G Appliances is the right choice.

Best appliance repair co ever. Gibran is honest, fair and always so easy to work with. He is flexible, available, cheap and most importantly affordable. Highly recommend, if I could id give 6 stars.
