Just noticed my ruling online! Read ONSC 6666 and specifically paragraph 6. I have transcript evidence to prove the Judges ruling was based on his failure to do his job and dismissed the motion in Paragraph 6 with 4 words “for oral reasons stated”. As stated in the transcript, by the Judge. “I am not about to make law, on a Friday afternoon in Brockville Ontario”. Is that not his job? Hired and paid Mr. Lloyd for a family matter. He acted on my behalf and within a few years decided to act against me in a family matter. He used information against me while acting against me which he actually counselled me on while representing me. I took the matter as high as the commissioner of the Law Society for code of conduct breaches and nothing was done. The legal system in Ontario needs improvement. He will judge shop as he is old school and does not rely on any morals as this man has none. Stay away from this guy ... read more
