Was the worst experience I ever had they never returned my calls I made appointment a week ahead of time and they never showed up I had to call for times and they said they were gonna be there and they still didn't show up I'll never use them again and I'll never use GE appliances again
Terrible service...no show and no communication.
Worst ever. Arrived at wrong time the first attempt. No-showed with no notice the second attempt. No call backs ever. Texts and emails telling me someone is coming on the wrong day. People on the phone are useless. Long hold times. Went two+ weeks without an oven before bailing on Sears and going with a local repair company. Have no ability to provide great customer experience. Probably one of the reasons this company is dying. If I could give zero stars I would. Bye bye Sears. Won't miss you at all.
Terrible service! They rescheduled my service time wirh less than 24hr notice. Then they showed up at the wrong time when no one was home. When i called they did nothing to accommodate me and now I have to find someone else to repair my oven.
