This is a generalized review of General Electric and products they sell. I don't know where quality control has gone but it seems definitely not to have rested in GE a/c division. I'n sitting here typing this in my hot living room while my GE in wall a/c is broken and not cooling anymore. This, of course, is nothing unusual on the face of it. Products do wear out, what with planned obsolescence the norm in business today. Can't make products that will last forever because no one will be buying things sooner than later. What ... read more

I called 12 times in 15min. Each method of trying to get ahold of someone or create a service request or pull up service request details ended up with their system purposely disconnecting our call. Fake company, fake line, do not waste your time calling.
