Receptionist is very unknowledgable. Compared machine work to automotive work. Yikes. To clarify, I needed drilling in an engine block. Auto shops don't do that. Machine shops however, would. Either way, they were still rude and take over 2 weeks to even see a review. Poor customer service and management

I can't say enough about how good these people are! The quality of their work is top notch. But the real story here is that everyone at this business is simply AMAZING!
Just called Scott for a project I had and he gladly referred me to someone who specialized in what I needed. Some EXTREMELY nice people!!
