Very professional, responsive, and fairly priced. They show up on-time when scheduled. When on-site they don't rush, and are willing to answer any questions to better help the homeowner understand what is going on. They don't try to upsell parts/packages, and focus at solving the problem at hand.

Great Professionals! They took the time to actually diagnose the problem with my heater and had it fixed within 1 hour, turned out the gas valve needed replaced - they had the parts on the truck! Very honest, reliable, and professional! Another company, without hooking up any equipment misdiagnosed the problem. I will now always reach out now to Cullum Heating and Cooling!

Long story short, they charged me for replacing an expensive part that wasn’t faulty, when the problem was a different/cheap part. The employee told me it was working now when it was easy to see that it wasn’t. Any attempt at contacting the company about it has been ignored. Find someone else.

We used G Cullum twice since moving into our home a few months ago. We were having issues with the heat (trying to test it out before the winter months) and the first visit we just had typically maintenance and the heat was working great. Then a week later we were testing it out again and it wasn’t working. I called skylar back up and as always she is so polite and respectful.
