Tom and Josh are the best! They have been servicing our home for years due to some unruly trees. They are always quick to get out when I call and very fairly priced. If you need your draines cleaned, they are your guys!
Sewer started backing up right as we were preparing to leave for Easter. G&C was prompt and friendly and had the drain cleared very fast. Some companies would try and take advantage of the situation because of it being a holiday which required emergency service but G&C did not. Thank you!
Called on Sunday for non emergency, Tom called me back Monday mirning at 820 and scheduled me for 9. Josh called before he arrived and wa friendly and efficient. Affordable rate to clean out the main drain and cut through some root. Would recommend to everyone.
Always come out when they say they’ll be here, and call at least 15 minutes out. Darren and Josh are great, not here too long. Just long enough to clear out the issue. We’ve been using them for the last 5 years. Nowadays it’s more preventative since having our basement waterproofed. Trust me and use them next time you are having flooding, backed up drains, sewage, etc.
