Intense and rewarding
I really like this studio! I buy passes and book classes thru the Mindbody app, so scheduling is easy. Denayia and Jennifer are great instructors, and the classes continue to be challenging even after a few months of going x2/week which I appreciate.
I’ve been going to a variety of workout classes with different instructors for many years, and Jenn is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. She remembers everyone’s names, and personally really encourages and motivates everyone throughout the course of her class. She also asks for input at the beginning of the class to see if you have anything in particular that you want to work out. After learning and reading horrible and similar experiences from other former students i clearly know that the owner Gayle Gluck has no ethics on how to run a professional business. My experience with her approach just in general and how she treats her customers are very poor if i could only show the emails and how she talks to people! She is quick to charge you and take your money even when canceling in advance. I will be reporting BBB due to my experience and recieving the type of customer service i have received!
