My wife and I do not recommend Kyle and Travis at Grace Custom Builders. We cannot get them to return our calls. Our house is in shambles. A lot of the work has to be redone and we wait weeks at a time to hear from them. They are always asking for advance payments when the work isn't done saying they need the money to order materials. Lawsuit pending. Took my money and didn't do the job. Don't trust none of the new 5 star reviews they got up here lately cause they from frineds and family. Go to the county website and look up building permit archives and you can see no permits have ever been submitted under those people names. Kyle and Travis are no good. This has been a miserable experience so far. I hope yall dont get took like me.
Excellent work. They came in and within 5 hours 13 windows were replaced. Top notch and in fact will probably use them for bigger jobs on down the road. Look forward to working with you guys in the future.
I would highly recommend this company! I hired them for my new custom build and don’t regret it a bit. I was kind of nervous at first because didn’t know the first thing about building a home but Kyle and Travis helped me through the process and gave some good advice. They had great ideas for my forever home.
