I came here for physical therapy following an extensive back surgery. Dr. Wayne and Laurie are great! I am now coming to the gym on my own and being encouraged every time by Ken. Fyzical is a great place to heal.
I hated going at first, because I've never been a gym bunny! But Ken ( my trainer) changed all that. Lovely friendly place for those of us without the steroid pumped body!!
It's quiet, not too many people, machines are always available, my kind of a gym!!!
Outstanding racquetball facility!! Walls and floors kept clean/unmarked. Glass back wall. Temperature controlled courts. Excellent competition.
Doc Wayne and his crew are true professionals at their job. The 18 or so appointments eased me back from my shoulder surgery to almost 100% (I had the option to go to complete recovery but work stopped it, my choice). Should I need it in the future they are the first place I will call.
Fabulous staff, great facility, and wonderful atmosphere. The health and physical therapy sides are wonderful. No better place to get and keep in shape! Watch out for Heather, she will work you hard and make you think you're having fun....love it! Great trainer :)
