The place is impeccably clean with up to date equipment. I was there for PT and had a wonderful trainer, Wayne. He was patient and taught me some great exercises to help me. Definitely recommend Fyzical fitness for physical therapy and as a fitness training experience.
I would recommend Fyzical Port Charlotte. The PT staff is excellent!!
Love that u get a room to myself and not out into the open for the beginning stretches when it could hurt most. Others you are in a big room with everyone else to hear your moans.
