Would not recommend this company. Realtor Dana Devine hired our team for pressure washing, house cleaning, and carpet services at a property in Lake Mary. Despite completing the work in full, the $1,900.60 invoice remains unpaid. We have made multiple attempts to collect payment through emails and phone calls, all of which have been ignored. Extremely unprofessional conduct. Fellow vendors and service providers—proceed with caution. This company does not pay their bills.

If I could rate this company, I would give it ZERO!!! stars without hesitation. My experience has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. Since October 2023, I've been waiting for a refund after they erroneously deducted HOA fees from my account following the sale of my house. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have failed to process my refund. The so-called "managers," Jonathan Sanker and Kyle, seem utterly incompetent. I worked with Dana Devine with a home that we’re renting and let me tell you she’s an awesome person to work with. She’ll return your calls really quick or answer the phone right away. Other rental companies wouldn’t call us back or we would barely hear from there but with Dana she’s seriously on top of things here. If you’re looking for a good rental company I would highly recommend working with Dana she will definitely take care of your needs, thank you Dana!
