I worked with Dana she was great very sweet person
If I could rate this company, I would give it ZERO!!! stars without hesitation. My experience has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. Since October 2023, I've been waiting for a refund after they erroneously deducted HOA fees from my account following the sale of my house. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have failed to process my refund. The so-called "managers," Jonathan Sanker and Kyle, seem utterly incompetent. I worked with Dana Devine with a home that we’re renting and let me tell you she’s an awesome person to work with. She’ll return your calls really quick or answer the phone right away. Other rental companies wouldn’t call us back or we would barely hear from there but with Dana she’s seriously on top of things here. If you’re looking for a good rental company I would highly recommend working with Dana she will definitely take care of your needs, thank you Dana!
5 stars for Dana Devine. Dana is professional, thorough, communicative and gets the job done even in tough situations. She promptly responds and deals with any issues whether it’s our properties, tenants or the site technology. We cannot highly recommend her enough!
