Wish I could give zero stars. A year after firing this company & our building is still dealing with the legal implications of these scammers who we should’ve sued. Never paid our insurance with funds from the association fees, never did quite frankly anything. Never turned over any documents our new property management needed when we finally made the switch. They are an actual horror story. Do yourself a favor, just pay the premium and go with First Service. These people need to be shut down and reported.
Fyve deserves less than one star. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever had in any type of company/industry. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from anything associated with this company.
If I could leave zero stars or a negative zero I would! There is a reason folks the majority of the reviews on this site are all negative. This company is a total joke and outright fraud, our account for "Bay Plaza Condominium Association" which was at Regatta Property management was transferred to FYVE "Unauthorized", and ever since it's been a nightmare dealing with the incompetence of the employees that work there as they cannot even do basic general math "I'm not kidding or being sarcastic." FYVE was the previous property manager for our HOA and their customer service was horrible. Nobody answers phone call or emails and we had to fire them before the disaster became irreversible. The person in charge at FYVE,Brittany Laing, will tell you anything you want to hear but never deliver anything or get back to you. Howeve,FYVE refused to share the last month financials report with our new management company as required by Florida law.
