I had a great time at my boxing and weights session with CJ! He was very patient and knowledgeable, and as a beginner I felt very comfortable learning the ropes. Left the session with so much more knowledge about nutrition, boxing, stretching, and overall health. The workout was very challenging, while still being tailored to my personal fitness level and health. It was so much fun and such a great workout, I will definitely be back again! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, challenging way to get moving!
CJ is an amazing trainer. I surprisingly never dread the challenging workouts he gives me because the progress is being made and the time flies when you’re having fun working out. Couldn’t be seeing these results without CJs motivation. Thankful to have found him!
CJ is an awesome personal trainer. He is really knowledgeable and skilled, and knows how to push you just the right amount. I also feel like his boxing techniques have been easy to pick up and follow in just a few sessions. I highly recommend him!
CJ put his heart and soul Into making me a better boxer. I learned how to defend as well as offense and footwork. I recommend going to FYTS if you live in Westlake Village or visiting the area.
My friend and I took an intro kickboxing class with CJ and it was amazing! We had a great time and actually learned a lot in just one session. He made everything easy to follow, kept it fun, and motivated us when we felt like giving up. Highly recommend taking a class with him!!!
