Absolutely fantastic team! I went in for an eye emergency and the care given was 2nd to none. From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Joanne at the front desk to Cindy in pretest the care and attention given was amazing.All staff are professional and personable making what can be a uncomfortable situation a wonderful experience. So thankful we have such a great team to take care of our eye and vision needs.
The staff at FYIdoctors in Williams Lake are amazing to deal with! Kayla Bendickson truly goes above and beyond for me every time I am there!
I recently got my eyes checked with Dr. Krall, and ended up ordering contacts which feel amazing on my eyes. Highly recommend this location if you’re near Williams Lake!
The FYI is an amazing clinic! They have the nicest and sweetest front desk ladies who never fail to put a smile on your face, 2 amazing doctors, Shantel and Kayla are such a big help and some of the kindest people, Cindy never fails to make the pretest fun! Overall such a great experience and an amazing clinic!
I do not believe this office deserves any stars at all. We had the worst service with attitude.. now they will refuse any services with my family… The doctor sent me a registered letter… If you dont have to do services with these guys, I recommend to go else where…
