Great clinic Navi helped me with fitting my glasses. Great customer service!
FYI is similar branch by branch, from good to bad. I will never be back to an FYI ever again. First, the staff are always friendly. The store is clean. There is water available and there is a loo. The eye test I had was good. FYI have better tech than some other opticians, however, I have to say the results, or diagnosis, is about the same either way. I had an absoloutely amazing experience with FYI, from the meeting with Dr Li, to Heather helping me decide on my new frames, they were knowledgeable and able to help me make a choice based on various circumstances surrounding my glasses situation. Would highly recommend this location and FYI in general.
I recently visited FYI Doctors to pick up my new glasses, and I had such a positive experience. Tamsen Fauht helped me during my visit, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable and happy with my new glasses. She took the time to adjust the fit perfectly and explained everything clearly. Her customer service was truly excellent, and it made my visit feel personal and welcoming. Thank you, Tamsen, for the great service you really made my day :)
