The staff are friendly and helpful. The optometrist are knowledgeable and friendly as well. The staff helped me to find the perfect pair of glasses and the price was reasonable. They aren't open on Saturday which makes it hard if you work 9-5 or have kids in school. They do have a sister location that is so there is that option
Great staff. Very knowledgeable and no waiting for my appointment. Dr Beatie is now my new doctor because mine retired. Both are from FYI. I was given a trial pair of contacts, which I truly appreciate. They were all very good at their job. Dr Beatie explained my options in regards to my eye health. Prices are great too. 😊😊😊 Thank you FYI👍
My whole family always get exceptional service when we come in for our annual exams. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable and the eyewear specialists are always mindful of our budget and take care to make sure everything fits perfectly.
The staff at FYI on 22nd are very pleasant people. They've helped my daughters and are very patient lol teenagers tend to take their time. So thank you very much for being caring and helpful in every way. Excellent staff. 2 thumbs up for sure.
I had a10 am appointment and showed up 10 mins early. To my surprise they got me in right away and my entire checkup was a very quick 1/2 hour. Everyone was very friendly from the reception to the Doctor. This was my 1st time to this FYI office. Thank you. 2 thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻 and 5 stars.
