The staff are friendly and helpful. The optometrist are knowledgeable and friendly as well. The staff helped me to find the perfect pair of glasses and the price was reasonable. They aren't open on Saturday which makes it hard if you work 9-5 or have kids in school. They do have a sister location that is so there is that option
I have been wearing glasses for about 20 years now but this was my first visit to FYIdoctors. This was without a doubt the most professional team I have ever had contact with. The people and equipment are all top notch. The optometrist took the time to explain any and all concerns with my eyes and the many options available for corrective measures. I will definitely return without hesitation.
Oh my gosh what can I say about FYI Doctor's, they are so kind and friendly! Dr. Carmela makes me feel so comfortable, and takes the time to have a chat and catch up like good friends! The lady who did the pre tests was great too! Stephanie who helped me pick out frames, and narrowed it down to what was great on me, amazing! She's so easy to work with and makes you feel great about your choice. It's so nice to walk into a place where you're so welcomed and taken care of!! Thank you FYI 😊
Visited here with a friend who wanted to have an eye examination and get prescription glasses. The receptionist was friendly and very courteous; requested IDs and reservation details and proceeded to guide us to the room for the eye exam. Also, the doctor who carried out the eye exam was very professional, trying her best to get the best vision glasses for my friend and the lady who assisted in selecting frames kept looking out for what would be a best fit for my friend. I have never had an optometrist ever seem to care too get my exact prescription. I had an infection I my eye and they tested it three times to make sure I got the perfect correction for my eyes. I'm very happy for their commitment to helping and getting it right!
