I had my 15 year old daughter at the 22nd street location. She was nervous about the exam and what to expect and Dr. Jones was so kind, and reassuring with her. Wanda, showed her how to put in contact lenses, helped her pick out the frames and was absolutely amazing. What a great teacher, so patient and encouraging. A great experience from beginning to end, great service!
I've been to this location a few of times and I'm always happy with the service. The last time I needed my glasses adjusted I went in there and Char was happy to help me out. She is one of the kindest people I've ever met and the is very professional. She was also the person that helped me pick out my pair of glasses in the first place. She has an extensive knowledge of current styles and will help you pick out something that really suits you.
Visited here with a friend who wanted to have an eye examination and get prescription glasses. The receptionist was friendly and very courteous; requested IDs and reservation details and proceeded to guide us to the room for the eye exam. Also, the doctor who carried out the eye exam was very professional, trying her best to get the best vision glasses for my friend and the lady who assisted in selecting frames kept looking out for what would be a best fit for my friend. My best friend passed away the week of my appointment and I had not been sleeping. Took a nap before my appointment and my alarm didn’t go off and almost missed my appointment and they squeezed me in anyways. Life was beating me down and that really meant a lot to me. They were very understanding about my screw up. And the service is amazing and the staff is very friendly.
I had a great experience purchasing glasses at FYidoctors. Char was very helpful and friendly, and did a wonderful job advising me on what glasses look best with my face structure and style. I was so happy with my purchase that I came back again to have Char help me choose a pair of sunglasses!
