Sorry for 1 star review. I've been there twice, and both times, I had to pay the full amount even though I have insurance that covers most of the amount, and that's because their system doesn't work. Each time, I had to call them and ask for a refund.

Dr. Wild was so pleasant to deal with and such an expert in his field, and Sayaka was amazing at answering my questions and very kinda. I had a pleasant experience at this clinic except for this one receptionist who I'm not going to name but was extra rude through phone and email, which really made me unhappy to proceed with anything and left me at the point where my insurance most ended, but likely I sort that out quickly.
