I had a scheduled vision appointment today, but got stuck behind an accident on the way. They actually called me to check in, and I told them I’d be 10-15 minutes late. They explicitly told me it was "okay" and that I’d just have to "wait a little" when I arrived. I fought through traffic to get there, only for them to cancel my appointment the second I walked in. Walked in and explained that my doctor was requesting an eye exam. They got me right in. Explained everything in full detail. I had Dr. Hapke and she was a gem. I will be using them from now on. And I live an hour away!
Fantastic service! I showed up on a Friday with an eyelid infection and no appointment and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, as was Dr. Wild, who accepted to see me that very afternoon, before the weekend. Thanks to all.
