I stopped by quickly to have my second set of Silhouette frameless glasses adjusted, that I fell asleep with while wearing… The ladies at the front promptly got me in to see Nicky to have them adjusted! Within minutes she had them sitting straight on my crooked face and back to perfection! Will definitely come back when I need to upgrade my prescription/ glasses. Thanks Ladies:)
Dr. Jonathan, Sharon and Georgia, were kind, professional, and made my visit very comfortable. I really appreciate their excellent care and friendly service.
Sadly, I can no longer recommend this optometrist office. I worked here many years ago and really enjoyed the work, the people, the doctors and have recommended many friends/family to take their family here. However, I have discovered that the previously optional extra eye health photo (up-charge $$) has now been made mandatory even for kids exams at this clinic. The Alberta gov't pays for the total cost of kids eye exams but here you have to pay a co-pay amount...and one friend told me that when she brought her kids to this... read more
The service is great. They have tons of eyeglass selection. They are very patient when you can't make up your mind. Their staff is very friendly, accomodating and helpful.
