I am a new client and I am very happy to have met Dr. Carolle McCarron who is very accommodating to answer my questions. Also, the reception staff was welcoming special mention to Giorgia who was very helpful with all the assistance she have given me.
Amanda was a great help, even though I’m not a customer there. I would recommend them.
Awesome service. They are not my regular optician, but they were super helpful towards me. I have frameless glasses which I bought in Vietnam. I bent the legs on them, and my regular optician was scared to try straighten them incase they broke them. I went to FYIdoctors and they inspected them, and said they could fix them. I was overjoyed with their help and results. Super helpful and would take no payment for it. Highly recommended for excellent service.
Excellent service. Results of our eye exam were reviewed thoroughly with us. Reception was very patient with new insurance set up.
