It feels misleading when a store partners with insurance companies but then adds its own restrictive policies without being upfront. It’s really disappointing and frustrating. I walked into the store and asked the employee who welcomed us whether the promotion could be applied along with my insurance benefits. She clearly said yes. I spent almost an hour choosing two frames I genuinely liked. Always a top notch customer service experience. I would challenge you to find a better eye team in all of Waterloo Region. To be upfront, this is not the cheapest place you will find to purchase your glasses, but I am a strong believer in you get what you pay for. FYI Kitchener is a true testament to this saying.
