The staff there are so very friendly, helpful and patient with me especially when picking out new frames! Thank you so much! I get a lot of compliments on my new glasses!
5 Stars! Wasn't even an active customer & Hope helped me fix my glasses! They were literally snapped & somehow she was able to find me new parts and fix them in under 30 minutes.
The optical assistant Hope was absolutely fabulous when I stopped in to get my glasses adjusted for size! Took my glasses that were bought out of store still! Thank you :)
Walked around trying on glasses in the store and sunglasses. All the women in there were huddled around talking amongst eachother. Not on of them asked if I needed help with my selection. Because of that I will be headed to a different store to make my eye appointment and purchase glasses from them. I will not be using FYI Doctors because of this. I couldn't be happier with how amazing and over the top these guys went for my hubby during his time of need. He had a work place injury involving his eyes and fyidr got him in right away and did everything they could to help and follow up was fantastic. We won't be going anywhere else in the future. Ladies up front are friendly and helpful.
