On 15/9 I had an appointment at FYidoctors on Water Street with Dr J Hall to have my eyes checked to see if my prescription changed and to try contact lenses. After checking my prescription and placing the contacts in my eyes the optometrist handed me off to someone else to practice removing and putting them back in. The woman helping me setup the lens case and put solution in it. However the solution she used(Clear Care Plus), I have since learned, has hydrogen peroxide in it and is meant to be used with a special lens case... read more
I enjoyed the visit. Very professional and welcoming at the same time. Answered all my questions and gave a summary of my eyes condition. Very well done.
Wonderful experience! Dr. Ritchie is friendly and knowledgeable, and Jennifer was fantastic when helping me pick out glasses. She made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend!
