The help that we received from Jennifer was outstanding, while looking for a new pair of glasses frames she was there giving us different options as well as giving us the time we needed to make our choice and not rushing us. She was kind and we hope to see her on our next visit!
Both my teenagers had their annual check up. Dr Jordan Hall took them both in at the same time and worked through their exams quickly and efficiently. With a change in Rx for both, we were on a hunt for new glasses. Maria was great. She Git my oldest sorted out first and turned her attention to my youngest who is incredibly indecisive. High level of customer service from Jennifer, however, I felt a bit rushed by the lady receptionist. The Optometrist who attended was very friendly. Many selections of frames to choose from, Jennifer helped me select one within my budget. Will definitely be back !
I went to see Jennifer Atwater to see if my glasses could be fixed as the arm had broken off. I was afraid that I would be looking at new frames but she glued the arm and said that should work. I am very happy and Jennifer made my day!
