Had a heavy leak in my apartment that caused a small flood. Water pouring out of the light fixtures and bathroom vent..( wasn’t caused by rain , was working on apartments above me.) They had commercial Dehumidifier equipment and drain hoses in my sink .equipment was running 24/7 for over 2 weeks plugged In my outlets under my DTE . Had dry wall material all over the place inside my cabinets and they expected me to live through the noise and dry wall dust that covered my kitchen and bathroom area …they popped up random times ... read more
Parking is terrible . Too many homeless people outside . Place need security at the door . Huge gaps under each door under the apartment you can see peoples feet at the door .
2nd Update- They returned my app fee, that was nice of them. changing my 1 star to a 3 star because i was able to apply that to a different apartment and secure housing for October. Dude, I filled out information to schedule a tour and check availability for 1 bedroom, Dawg I tried calling all their numbers that I can find online including reaching out to P & B investments. I reached out several times in attempt to schedule a tour and get more info on these apartments. First time was via facebook with someone named Kenny. After a time was scheduled, he cancelled the day before (okay, things happen). He asked if I could come that Thursday instead, I told him I would let him know the exact time the next day.
