RUDE OWNER! – This place has a very rude owner by the name Chris or Kris. I was a potential customer. When I called the salon to ask about highlights, she answered the phone. She claimed to be the owner. She tried to lie or trick me about the prices of their services. Then she was extremely rude to me and hung up on me twice. Obviously, she has very bad customer service skills. I don't know how she can be in charge of the salon if she doesn't treat people nicely. SHAME ON HER! That woman is a piece of garbage. Two Great Haircuts and Color – I found Shelley at FX You Salon by reading the reviews on City Search. I have thin, fine hair that is difficult to cut and style. but the first time I was there, she gave me a great cut and color. When I came back for a follow up cut a month later, she made some adjustments for the way my hair had grown in and I got another great cut! My hair is a lot easier to manage from day to day and looks great. It's been a really great experience.

waste of time – I have never felt like crying after walking out of a salon before, the receptionist ( after reading about the rude owner might be the same lady) was horrible, set the tone for my nightmare. If the receptionist is the face of the salon they need a new one. She was rude, bothered, no people skills at all! The cut sucked, and I am not picky, I needed to get home for hair pins and a rubber band before I went anywhere else. Awesome Place! A – Recently called to book a massage party for my daughters birthday at Fx You. Got Josh on the phone when I called. Josh was such an amazing help. He made sure everything was all planned out and but with with amazing people. Lisa did our mani and pedi's. She was very friendly and helpful. Rebecca was our massage therapist and she was so sweet! We live in Henderson; and would drive all the way back just to visit these amazing people!!

Shelley is awesome! – I walked in FX You Salon looking for a stylistic who could deal with my thin, damaged hair. Well I found her! Shelley gaveme the perfect cut, color and style!! I will never go to anyone else! Thank you Shelley!!

Rebecca is the best ever!!! – If you are looking for a massage therapist I HIGHLY reccomend Rebecca I have been having some back issues and she really worked her magic with me. I left there feeling brand new and stress free. I will definitely continue to see her. Very clean, nice, friendly and professional. I am looking forward to my next massage!!

Pacey saved my 911 debacle Her ## 702-672-1198 – Well, where do i begin? I just moved to Vegas and on the hunt for a hair stylist for a very important job interview. I won't say the name of the salon or the stylist ( on Ranco) out of respect, but i will say that i left upset and there was no tip. Hair color was awful and extentions looked like i did Them. Expensive and Terrible Cut – I am pretty easy going when it comes to my hair, but I have to say this was the absolutely WORST cut I have ever had, and it was expensive!!!! The salon was dirty. My hairdresser was not very friendly and was terrible at cutting hair. I will never return and hope to save others from wasting their time and money.

Pacey (Perfection!) – Wow, I've been to a zillion hairstylists, but Pacey is the one I've been looking for and will stay with forever. She is an amazing hairstylist and colorist and can completely redo any errors your present stylist has made. Pacey keeps current on the latest styles, color lines, and products.
