I had Reverse Shoulder replacement surgery in November of last year due to a non-repairable rotator cuff injury while mountain biking. I'm a pretty active guy, been cycling/mountain biking for 25 years and workout also. My surgeon sent me to FX for post op PT. I met with Brian and stated my goal of being able to pick up my grandson and get back on my bike. Brian worked with me to progressively increase my strength and flexibility. Josh is a very comprehensive and knowledgeable physical therapist. I received nothing but positive reinforcements from him during this 5 month period. My pain has subsided tremendously. I end this journey with him feeling fully prepared to move forward with little to no pain and use tools that will help me remain that way. Thank you again, Josh!!
Brian is great. He asked me what my goals were. He assessed my strengths and weaknesses. And we developed a realistic plan to meet my goals. I look forward to every appointment.
