I stopped by this afternoon to inquire about purchasing a hand held shower product to integrate with current shower system for my 83 year old mother. I immediately experienced a condescending attitude from the woman who works there. I was instructed to walk around and assess what they sell. I received no help then went direct down the street to purchase a product that met my specifications. The competitor had a welcoming staff, much larger showroom, and well orchestrated display of quality products to purchase.

Horrible customer service, I have been a plumber for over 30 years and never been talked to so disrespectfully at a supply house. I will talk to the general manager about Luke and his customer service. I hope management corrects this issue.

As far as commercial, light industrial and residential HVAC and plumbing they USUALLY have what you want. And I mean USUALLY. Priced a little more than other places, they have branches all over the U.S. The staff is pleasant and basically very helpful.
