Samantha is very difficult to work with. She cannot control her emotions and acts on them. Her customer service skills need some work. She is very disrespectful and ill behaved. I think this branch of F.W. Webb would do better without her.

I called then visited the showroom and was promptly helped by Samantha. She was beyond friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. With her guidance, I was able to pick out a tub and toilet for my bathroom remodel without hesitation. I highly recommend this store and associate over big name chains. Great experience!!
