The lighting at FW Webb is beautiful! Mary Ann was very helpful and has great taste and flair! We have additional lighting needed, and I will be back to see her and FW Webb!
I have had a very good experience here. I am working with Mary Ann Moore and she has been amazing. She returns my phone calls in a very timely manner along with my emails. She is very seasoned and knowledgeable about all of the products. I have future renovations coming up as well and will be working solely with Mary Ann for those renovations. This is by far the best place around!
Samantha is very difficult to work with. She cannot control her emotions and acts on them. Her customer service skills need some work. She is very disrespectful and ill behaved. I think this branch of F.W. Webb would do better without her.
