I loved the way my carpets looked after they were cleaned. They came out on time (even a little earlier- called before and I told them it was okay). Very polite and great prices.

I have been putting off getting my carpets cleaned and was thinking about getting new ones, but the prices where so expensive. My sister told me that she had her carpets cleaned and loved it so I called. The prices were the cheapest around and they were straight forward with the all the information. The guys came out and they were polite and explained everything. I saw a difference in may carpet. i couldn't believe the stains they got out of my kids rooms. Dirty Feet

My carpets were dirty in areas where we walked the most, so I call FW Services. They gave an estimate over the phone, but once they got to our location the prices were much higher. Then the guy tried to hook me up with a "friend" who sells new carpet. While I was out of the room, he gave my wife some inappropriate complements, and then tried to give her his number. I'm not sure, but I think he fondled my dog on his way out. All in all, not a good experience, but at least the kids weren't home during their visit. Thank god!
