The team here was great and flexible in scheduling to help deal with a leak following a frozen pipe. When the municipality water dept took extra time, they adjusted appropriately and did a great job with the repair. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing related challenges!
Our furnace "shut down" in the middle of the night and we woke up to a very cold and uncomfortable "inside" of our house. Needless to say, on New Year's Eve Day we were very skeptical with getting our problem fixed within any reasonable timeframe. We called F.W. Behler (since the local owner had installed our furnace 9 nears previously) and within 2 hours, their Repair Technician had showed up and "fixed" the problem within a very reasonable cost of $260. Don't call this company for service if you don't want to be charged $125 plus finance charges for one of their techs to show up, look at your problem, and say he'll get back to you with an estimate, and then never hear from him again. Called them about a pump toilet that wasn't working. Knew I'd probably be looking at replacing it. Tech came and looked at it, suggested a bunch of stuff like tearing a hole in the wall to put in a shut off valve when we replace the toilet. Another great experience. A few years ago we had a split unit for additional heating and cooling added to our bedrooms. They did a great job then so when we needed a whole house hvac unit we called them again. The whole process was seamless. Zaire came out on a Thursday and diagnosed the problem, Friday Ryan sent me an estimate and on Monday and Tuesday morning Nick, Shannon and D.J. Installed the unit. They were quick, efficient and clean! Could not be happier.
