I work at the fuzzys in fort collins and I love the company and atmosphere I have the best bosses and made life long friends so glad to see other places in Colorado getting to enjoy the awesome food drinks and people!!
I have never had a bad experience here, until today. Our food took well over 30 mins and people with bigger groups than just my husband and I were receiving their meals first. When my husband went to ask about the food, it was magically ready just a few minutes later. Unfortunately, it was cold, and the side potatoes were cold and tough. At this point we were so hungry, we choked it down, but were unable to finish. We were so disappointed! We have always enjoyed Fuzzy's, and it wasn't even busy today. Horrible experience today! It was super busy today and they were completely unprepared for any sort of rush, let alone being completely full. After we ordered we sat at the bar since there was no open tables. That was no big deal. The lady who I'm assuming was the manager came over and told us they were running very behind and not o expect our food any time soon. She wasn't very nice but did offer us some queso and chips. Cold food is a buzzkill.
loved the food ,loved the people loved the atmosphere .
If you like being ignored then this is the place for you. Stood in line for 15 mins and not a "hello" or a "I'll be right with you", nothing. Screw that, your tacos are good, but this is thornton, I can get good tacos all over the place.
the last 5 times we have been here they mess up our orders. came back because the margs are amazing, they made thoes incorrect, forgot half our food and when ordering another round of drinks my husband was in line for 30 mins. They need new management or this place is going to go down big time!!!
Again no brisket at 130 Pm !!!! Worst service and rude staff and out of brisket this early on taco Tuesday !! Seriously how So the ya rayon business running out of food and having the rudest staff around ??? It’s also filthy in there !
Worst service ever! Every time I come, disorganized and no one ever knows what’s going on.
