First time stopping there . We did take out didn't take long the only problem was waitress almost forgot half my order. She said oh its been crazy here . it wasnt crowded . They did forget my black beans . But the food was amazing I had shrimp quesidilla it was so good I loved it i for sure will be back for that
Lets start by saying I Am NOT picky!!! For starters the service at the bar was terrible and the bar was dirty. Three bartenders and took 10 minutes to even have someone acknowledge us for a drink and It was not busy.My starter was nachos queso and beef. The nachos were soft and stale! Love this place! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is fun and the service is prompt and polite.
Ordered 2 burritos to Go with Queso. When I got home surprise... no cheese. Drove back and told the manager what happened. He found 2 small cups of cheese and tried to hand them to me. No “I’m sorry....nothing. Almost forgot...My greeting at the counter was “ What will it be today boss ?” Good thing I’m not their boss!! Do yourself a favor go to Taco Bell. Same food and you’ll save$$ Better service. The bright side of this was I got my money back�
Have given this place a shot 3 times eating in because the food is good. However the service is always really bad. This last time I ordered take out to avoid terrible service and had the worst experience yet, forgot almost half of my order. When I called, she asked me to come back to pick up everything left out. When I stated I wasn’t able to do that and asked for a refund for the missing items she told me no, she would write my name down and the next time I came in, they would “take care of me”.
