When you have 2 cash registrars but only using 1 and a line out the door maybe you should open up another line! 30 min wait while the food was good not happy about the wait.

Hi Patti, thank you for your message! On busy nights when the restaurant tables are full, we have to drop down to one register, due to lack of seating. Our food comes out super fast, and one register allows you a space to sit to eat your tacos! Any time we have a few tables open up, we quickly jump on the 2nd register. Thank you for your support in sharing your concern, and we hope this helps clear up that process. :-)
I went for my first time ever and loved it! My kids and I ordered the shredded chicken burritos and the menu said they were smothered in queso. They were not, but was still wonderful! We will definitely have to go back!

I tried to use a $5 coupon, came up a nickel short of $20 minimum to spend. The cashier smirked and wouldn't help. My date and I didn't want to throw food away or take it with us. It's just the little things like that piss me off. Won't EVER go back. Shitty service concept and kinda dirty for how new it is.

Hi Ryan, thank you for your comment. The $5 off of $20 coupons exclude alcohol and taxes, and are internally tied to that specific number for the discount to kick in. But it is absolutely not appropriate for any staff member to respond rudely or in an unhelpful manner. That's not the guest service standard that Fuzzy's stands for, and we sincerely apologize for your experience.
