We used to love going to this location-but the last 5 or 6 times we’ve visited over this past year, the service has been poor and our food order is wrong and/or cold. Last night we returned our cold food and then received lukewarm food. So disappointing. I’m not sure what happened to this place but we will not be back.

The last few times we've been, the service has been absurdly slow and we noticed multiple people sending their meals back to the kitchen due to errors/issues. You really need to tell people of the wait before they order their food, get some sort of microphone or buzzer system for announcing orders, and properly staff the restaurant on fundraising nights. Our recent experiences have truly been miserable.
This was the first time trying Fuzzy’s. Terrible experience . We ordered our appetizer and drinks and it took 25 minutes to arrive at our table . We brushed it off because they were busy . We then ordered our food and it took an hour !!!!! At the same time we ordered food I also orders a dessert. That took over an hour as well . went to get tacos and drinks and were not greeted for 5-10 min. even when we walked out not one worker said ANYTHING. probably not good for business
I've been to this Fuzzys a lot but recently it has been terrible. Last time I was here, the staff was sitting at a table eating and being extremely rude and slow. Tonight we all had cold tacos, and my son's order was wrong. Is also disgusting in the restaurant, food all over table and floors. Just very dissapointed, we used to love it here.
My wife and I have been coming to this specific Fuzzy’s for a while now and have noticed the quality of food, service from staff and cleanliness of the restaurant is going downhill quick. Tonight we ordered 4 grilled shrimp tacos and 2 house margaritas. Food service was extremely slow, and when we received our grilled shrimp tacos they were very cold and the shrimp had something stuck all over 2 of the 4 tacos (see picture), that I’m not sure what this is, but tastes terrible!
