Mess up our order. It was cold. Servers didn't know what was going on. Ours wasn't the only order they messed up. The food we had was alright. Nothing special. Not worth cold food.
Terrible service!!! Waiting in line for 20 mins. As we got to the front the blonde girl just walked away for 10 mins and no one helped us.... and 3 people walked by and didn't say one word. Then we waiting 5 mins for 3 beers and then 30 more mins for our food!!! The worst service ever. It was my first time here and my boyfriend went to the one in arvada and said it was great! But thornton is terrible!! Will never come back here again. And the restaurant is dirty nothing looks super clean.....

food is good but their service and food delivery time needs some serious improvements.
