My wife and I are in for lunch. NO ICE TEA. It’s not that they’re just not OUT, probably too busy smoking out back to make any in the FIRST PLACE. It’s LUNCH HOUR...NOON. They tell me it’d be a half hour to make it and then don’t even BOTHER to do so. Should have thought of that at 11:30AM, slick. The manager here should be fired. It’s his/her job to make sure certain things are done. Piss poor service.
Within the last week I had 2 friends on 2 different occasions that had horrible experiences. Both of them waited an hour. One of them asked several times about the status of their food over this hour still didn’t get their food and walked out with only their refund and an apology from the manager that their cooks were just messing around. The other finally walked out with their food. In either situation the restaurant was not busy. I will not go back & I’ll express to others to not go until they get things in order.
they had no.grpund beef. let me order, sit and wait 10-15 minutes to be told oh we dont have any beef.... Truly disappointed this place has gone to trash and that's sad bc they use to have bomb food and I would eat here at least 2-3 times a week. this place just lost a customer. no sincerity in their voice or nothing.. Just sad...
came here for my lunch date with my babe and this is our favorite spot to eat and the food was horrible. Also the customer service is bad
Hire employees who don't smoke in the kitchen and who can prepare food a little faster. 30 minutes to prepare 3 tacos is ridiculous .
i ordered queso and a chicken fajita last night. was EXTREMELY disappointed. tried calling to complain and no one answered so i left a message, never received a call back. its sad when i buy a meal and cant even eat it because its so bad! the fajita was definitely not a fajita, didnt come with any tortilla, there was a ball of fake cheese, onions and peppers were not cooked and there was no seasoning. im Extremely upset
Man what a disappointment :(, this was our favorite place to eat! I don’t know what has happened over the last few weeks but this place has taken a MAJOR dive. We waited forever for our food and it wasn’t even busy at all!! When we finally got it every single thing was cold, from the tacos to the queso dip. The manager, John Zoll is continuously drunk on the job. Complaints were made about him prior to his hiring that were ignored. I've just heard that he walked off the job and took the employees tip money with him. I used to love Fuzzy's under the previous manager. I'd rate this as a 10 rotten tomatoes store now who's sole purpose is the refurbishment of the bar.
