She cut my nails without asking when I asked for a shellec removal. Also spent more than half the appointment at the front desk and did not seem to know what she was doing with the drill either. Wouldn't recommend.
I got my lashes lifted + tinted by April and she did such a wonderful job! I am sooo happy with them!!
I feel bad as the girl was swamped and answering the phone during my eyebrow appointment. Really disappointed and won’t be going back. They need more staff. I feel it wasn’t her fault as she was rushed.Upon inspection when I got home.. She missed a lot of hair and got more on one side and did not trim the top. It looks wonky. :(. I also didn’t like getting my brows done in the open room while others were getting nails done.
