Futures is a great place to work! The care they give the Individuals a aspect to a good life! Always looking to improve the Quality of each individual! They show so much concern for their staff as well!
They do some good. But when they are bad, they are really, really, really, bad. Seems like there are many inconsistencies in their treatment of family members of clients. Claim to be compassionate, but very unfeeling toward certain family members. Unfortunately specifics can not be given for fear of retaliation toward certain family members. By the way, you will notice that almost all positive reviews are by folks who are/were on the payroll.
I have sense moved to Bedford, PA Bedford county and now work for Helpmates. But Futures was a great company to work for, pay was very good,pd vacation and many more perks. Miss my co-workers and bosses.
I have had nothing but a positive and appreciated feeling since I started working for this company. They show they care for their employees and the clients. Would recommend to anyone.
