I am very happy with all the amazing staff , they take good care of my Daughter , their Food is amazing , they are very attentive , the kitchen staff are amazing , they serve small portions but the food is delicious, they will serve family members like your at a restaurant , Physical therapist are amazing , thanks to all the staff for this amazing experience, I appreciate everything you do to help people
My experience was very disappointing from three years ago when I stayed there, the place has went downhill to the nurses to the staff. I don’t know what the problem is why someone can’t answer a buzzer or take the time to find out what’s wrong with somebody’s room, I was really sick Rang. The buzzer called on the phone to the front desk. No one answered so I had to call the ambulance myself I plan on, never going back there again if I can help it, someone needs to wake up and help get the people in line. My aunt has been at Future Care North Point for two years now and overall, we are very satisfied with her care. We have had a couple of situations, but the staff there are very quick to address any issues and work quickly to resolve them. The second floor nursing staff, are very conscientious and their supervisor, Megan is just wonderful! My husband has only been in there short time and I’ve been there a couple times to visit and each and every time I’m greeted with smiles and pleasantries. I’m very impressed by that the place is very spacious, clean bright and I think my husband‘s gonna have a good experience there. I appreciate each and everyone of you.
