I went there store today and my son break my mobile so badly but these guys told me that they can fix it and I was thinking it will take to long because it was totally smashed but I really shocked when they call me that your phone is fixed within a day I am really happy thank you future tech
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this mobile repair shop. When I initially contacted them, I was told that the camera glass for my phone was in stock and that the repair could be done promptly. Based on this assurance, I visited the shop and waited for over 2.5 hours—only to be told afterwards that they didn't actually have the part in stock. Very Disappointing Experience My friend had a terrible experience here. They said the part was in stock but made her wait over 2.5 hours, only to admit it wasn’t. They taped over the broken glass and promised to fix it later, but showed up with a cheap, fake part that didn’t even fit. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid this place. Please dont go there 🙏 if you value your phone.
Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Yesterday my friends visited this shop for a camera glass repair of one of my friend .I wasn’t at the shop , but I saw firsthand what my friend went through. They promised to repair her phone camera glass, made her wait for over 2.5 hours, and ended up doing nothing—just covered the broken area with tape. Terrible Experience for My Friend I was with my friend the whole time for the repairing of her phone camera glass and saw how badly this shop handled the situation. They claimed to have the phone camera glass in stock, made us wait for over 2.5 hours, and then just taped over the broken glass instead of repairing it.
