They have denied 3 prescriptions for my family so far. 2 that were approved and effective on my old plan. So they will won’t pay for the preventive care which makes no sense. They would rather have me get the disease and other health issues that will cost more money in the long run. They also have not cover one of my daughters meds despite her serious struggles Not happy with them at all
