I am a PA student and had the opportunity to complete my Behavioral Medicine rotation with Dr. DuBose at Future Psych Solutions. Dr. DuBose is an amazing teacher not only to me but to the patients as well. I am army veteran and nurse, professionalism, integrity, and duty to service are very important to me. I was referred to Dr. Dubose by my primary care physician for ketamine therapy for my PTSD. following a car accident in August 2025. In an attempt to get an appointment over a 2 month period, staff kept stringing me along. It took about a month for someone to return messages left 3 times. I let them know I needed help. First I was told if I filled out long form paper work I could get an appointment. I did that. Then was told I had to pay $50 deposit before getting an appointment. Horrible is all I can say. They do not return your phone calls, but are happy to take your money when they have an appointment. I called there for five days to get one of my medication’s refilled three times. I spoke to the receptionist and left a message, twice I had to leave a message because nobody answers. I have nothing but bad things to say about them! Find another provider if you want good customer service

The rating has nothing to do with the physician (I see Holly and she deserves 10+ stars, she is absolutely amazing). My 2 star rating is all of the "administration fees" and extra fees this place charges that aren't covered by insurance. It's ridiculous. If it wasn't for Holly I would look for care elsewhere.
