They have lots of gym equipments here. From treadmills to spin bikes. You can choose what equipments you can enjoy.
My husband and I have worked with Carolyn for several years. I am a tennis addict so appreciate her workouts oriented toward that, and my husband has cerebral palsy and has enjoyed the flexibility Carolyn has enabled him to achieve. Carolyn's gym is very welcoming, clean and has the latest in fitness training. We love it!!!
